are conducting this interview as part of a study titled “Transitioning from Pure Online to
Hybrid Learning: A Phenomenological Study of the Learning Impacts Among Bachelor
of Arts in English Language Students in the Post-Pandemic Era.” Your insights and
experiences as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language (BAEL) student are incredibly
valuable to this research, and I really appreciate your willingness to share them with us.

The purpose of this interview is to gather qualitative data to better understand the
learning impacts and experiences of Bachelor of Arts in English Language students as
they transition from pure online to hybrid learning in the post-pandemic era. There are
no right or wrong answers, and we are interested in hearing your personal experiences,
and thoughts on the topic.

Please be assured that all the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
Your identity will be anonymized in any reports or publications resulting from this
research, and your participation is voluntary. If at any point you feel uncomfortable or
wish to stop the interview, please let us know, and we can take a break or end the
