Once connected through datto did a cleanup and was able to make 6gb of free space
Rest of the space is occupied by company files which he can not delete
But for now he has 6gb
Told him he should either be very careful with the space now or consider deleting some files or consider increasing space
tested outlook and onedrive and all other applications are working fine now

Did diagnostics and the server access was being blocked as was getting "connection prohibited" when I did network tests
Told her that she can upload the folder in onedrive from the server and then open the onedrive on her mac and download from there
we began the upload of the folder onto the onedrive
It is going to take a while
