Subject: Request for Leave from Pre-Final Examination Due to Illness

Respected Sir,
With esteemed regards and humble submission, I would like to draw your kind
attention to my humble request that I am unable to appear the ongoing pre-final
examination, 2024 for B.Ed. 1st Semester started from 16th Dec, 2024 due to my
poor health condition. I have been diagnosed since 13th Dec, 2024 and have been
advised by my doctor to take complete rest for 2 weeks.
I have attached the necessary medical reports and the doctor’s prescription for
your kind perusal. I request you to kindly grant me leave for the duration of the
examinations and excuse my absence. I assure you that I will cover the syllabus
thoroughly and be prepared for the final examinations.
I would be grateful for your understanding and approval of my request.
