by contract negotiation to reach the optimum contracts value; herein some examples from previous projects: Reducing
Façade contract value negotiating Specialized Contracting by 30% from 4.0 Million QAR down to 2.95 Million QR,
Gaining the best of VRV AC systems such as DAIKIN & SAMSUNG with the lowest cost can be gained in the country and
so on for Firefighting, ELV systems & full fitting out scopes.
 Control & Coordinate (in some projects) all project design stages between Interior, Architectural, Structural and any project
related involving system.
 Providing detailed / summarized project progress reports to keep the project on track and ensure smooth delivery.
 Identifying, costing and processing contract variations.
 Organising and facilitating Project Steering which I continuously conduct for all related stakeholders like owner, Interior
designer, Building Permit Complex, QCDD, …etc.
 Developing positive relationships across the business and collaborating with stakeholders to solve any situation smoothly and
efficiently.
 Gathering requirements, compiling project documentation, facilitating workshops to agree scope and schedules and
developing project plans
 Managing / Tacking progress and managing change requests
 Providing training to staff for any new project related implementation method

 Ensuring the smooth / quick approvals for project IRs / MDIs
