I would love to choose another one. I think swimming would be a good option. It helps

1. Are you a student or do you work?
I’m currently a senior at Banking Academy, which is located on Chua Boc street.
My university is about 2 kilometers away from where I live.
2. What do you think of fast food?
I think fast food is convenient, for sure, but it's extremely unhealthy. I mean, it's
okay to have fast food like once or twice a week but having it everyday can
seriously damage your health
3. Do you spend much time with your family?
I spend a lot of time with my family members. This is because I consider family to
be extremely important and I want to be able to maintain a good relationship with
them
4. Who are you closest to in your family?
That person is my mom. She really gets me and is patient enough to listen to what
I want to say.
5. Where’s your hometown?
My hometown is Phu Tho Province which is about 80 kilometers from Hanoi to
the north. It’s a beautiful place with many historical sites and cultural attractions
6. What do you like most about your hometown?
I really like the personalities of the local people here. People in Phu Tho Provivce
are famous for their hospitality and generosity
7. Do you like taking photos?
Yes, I do. In fact, I share photos every day with my friends or relatives. I usually
take a photo of the food that I eat, the place I’m at, or the scenery around me.
8. How often do you go out with friends?
I meet my friends almost twice a week. I love to spend my weekends with them
and sometimes I visit different places, watch movies and discuss different topics
with them
9. What sorts of food do you like eating most?
I prefer homemade food and I am a big fan of my mother's recipe. She is an
amazing cook and I always enjoy her cooking.
10. What do you like doing most with your friend(s)?
I like to have conversations with my friends and hang out with them. I often play
indoor and outdoor games with them.

- Yes, I like playing sports. I think exercising is the best way to stay healthy. It
helps me stay healthy and full of energy to complete work and daily activities.
- Playing sports also helps me relax after extremely stressful working hours. My
favorite sports are badminton and swimming. I often play badminton with
friends in the afternoon.
- Well, I’m a sporty person so I’m into swimming. It’s not only a great way to
stay active and healthy but also a wonderful way to clear my mind and relieve
stress

Well, I’m very into sports because playing sports is beneficial for my mental and
physical health. I especially like playing badminton because it helps me to train
my agility

Of course. I think it’s essential for everybody to take up a sport. Because playing
sports brings great benefits to your health. It helps to lower the risk of diseases,
keep me in shape.
I also play badminton or go swimming whenever I’m under stress. After playing
such sports, I find myself more relaxed and have more energy to cope with the
stress.
14. Do you think it is important for people to exercise?
Yes, I believe it is crucial for people to exercise regularly. Exercise not only helps
improve physical fitness but also has numerous benefits for mental well-being. At
the same time, it boosts energy levels, reduces stress, and enhances mood.
15. How often do you use the Internet?
I use the Internet almost every day, actually. It's quite essential for everything I do,
from studying and catching up on news to socializing

Whenever I have time on my hands, I usually watch movies so that I can not only
improve my English but also entertain myself

On weekends, I usually take the opportunity to relax and unwind. I enjoy spending
time with my friends and family, whether it's going out for a meal, watching a
movie together, or simply having quality conversations

To maintain good health, I prioritize regular exercise and a balanced diet. I engage
in various physical activities such as jogging, cycling, and yoga to stay active.
Drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep are also important aspects of
my health routine.
22. Do you like holidays?
Definitely yes. I always look forward to holidays because it gives me a chance to
take a break from work and unwind. I also have time to spend with my family and
friends.
23. Do you like traveling?
Of course, I am crazy about traveling. Every trip is a chance to explore, taste
different cuisines, meet new people, and just soak in the beauty of this amazing
world. Traveling is not just moving from one place to another, it’s about
discovering new aspects of life and of myself
24. Do you have any unhealthy habits?
Unfortunately yes. I do have a hectic schedule every day so I keep skipping meals.
I know this habit is harmful to my body and always makes me feel under the
weather. I’m trying to break this habit by creating a clear timetable.
25. Do you watch TV?
Yes, I do. My family often watch TV after dinner. It is great to see our
favourite programs and chat with each other about everything
26. What TV programs do you often watch?
My fovourite program is VTV news. It is on VTV3 at 7pm every day. I love it
because it helps me know what is happening around the world. Moreover, I can
get information about many fields in life
27. Do you have any hobbies?
Yes, of course. My hobbies is reading books. I’m definitely a book enthusiast.
I find reading extremely valuable because it helps me to acquire new
knowledge and broaden my perspectives
28. What kinds of books do you often read?
I am interested in many types of books. I often read book on my major to
improve my knowledge. Sometimes, I read comic books to relax myself
29. How much time do you spend on your hobby?
Well, I’m very busy studying at school every morning. Besides, I have to do a
part-time job every afternoon. So I only spend about an hour reading books
every night
30. Did you have any hobbies when you were a child?
Sure. I used to love watching cartoons when I was a little kid. You know, I
spent almost ny free time watching Tom and Jerry everyday
31. What do you usually have for breakfast?
I often have many dishes for breakfast such as rice, Pho, bread with milk and
so on. I like eating bread with milk at breakfast most because it is easy to
prepare it
