my love for electrical engineering.
Hello, my name is Liang Ching Angus, and I am a
university student majoring in electrical
engineering. I have always been cap/ti/va/ted by
the magic and power of electricity and
technology. They accomplish (阿襟 plish) what
human hands alone cannot, and I am eager(衣
架) to be part of this transformation.
I am particularly drawn(drone) to the Electrical
and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD)
because it offers a unique opportunity to explore
a wide range of industrial equipment, from water
pumps in the water supply department to the
in/tri/cate(in/tres/cate) systems of the MTR. This
exposure will broaden(波登) my understanding
and help me achieve my goal of becoming a
pro/fi/cient(fit/sion) electrical engineer. My
strength lies in my theoretical
(three reg tical) knowledge, supported by a GPA
of 3.5. I have also participated in a Year 2
exchange program in Germany, an industrial
country, where I traveled BMW factory with its
signigicant flow production into the unique
features of mechanical and electrical
engineering in geremy and how they differ from
those in Hong Kong.
My skills include quick learning and the ability to
apply first principles, a concept I learned from
Elon Musk online. In every semester, I
st/rive(drive) to combine knowledge from
different courses and identify the first principles.
For example, I discovered that the force in a
converter circuit is based on the changing of
electrons in atoms, which enables me to learn
new knowledge in the same field faster by
relying on these foundational principles.
I know that I still have many weakness with
lacked practical application experience and was
unaware of the challenges faced during project
execution(ex/er/kill/tion). To address this, I plan
to join internships at major companies and
participate in college competitions to
accumulate (阿 kill/min/late) hands-on
experience. Additionally, I intend to learn AI
technology and study AI processes to increase
my work efficiency.
To prepare for a career at EMSD, I have actively
engaged(ingay/ge) in various activities. I have
attended visits and workshops offered by
different organizations like hong kong town gas
company to gain a deeper understanding of the
eelctrical operation. These experiences have
equipped me with the skills to handle
diverse(die/fu/ce) electrical equipment and
situations.
My career goal after grauaete is to become a
full-time electrical engineer within five years. I
am eager (衣架) to solve complex problems,
contribute to the construction process, and
enhance(in/亨/s) the electrical infrastructure
(in/fuck/struture) of our city.
My career plan is aiming to gain hands-on
experience as a junior engineer, enhance my
technical skills, and contribute to
innovative(in/a/飛/tive) projects. Within five
years, I plan to advance to a senior engineering
role, driving impactful projects that benefit our
community.
I am excited about the possibility of joining
EMSD and contributing to its mission. I believe
my passion, skills, and
dedication(dead/i/cation) make me a strong
candidate for the junior engineer position. I
