We understand that the last few months must have been very demanding for you, given the time you must have put into
shortlisting institutes, preparing for tests, submitting applications, and appearing for interviews. We hope that you nd this
letter of admission a validation of your hard work and a testimony of your caliber as an aspiring management professional.

As you may be aware, IMI Bhubaneswar follows a prole-based admissions policy that is founded on a holistic evaluation of the

As a next step, you are required to deposit INR 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) on or before 20/03/2025 as Seat
Reservation Fee using the Application Dashboard. In case the Seat Reservation Fee is not received on or before
20/03/2025, then the Institute may release your seat. If at any point after paying the Seat Reservation Fee you
wish to withdraw from the admission process at IMI Bhubaneswar, the full amount of INR 50,000/- will be
refunded.

Please take a moment to review the following important additional information that follows:

It is important to note that should any discrepancies be found in the application form or the supporting documents provided,
the Admissions Office reserves the right to cancel this offer, even after payment of the fees. In such an event, the candidate
will be notified by the Admissions Office and you will receive a refund of the money paid after deducting the processing
amount of Rs. 1000/- as per AICTE guidelines.

Important Instructions:
• The Seat Reservation Fee of INR 50,000/- paid by you will be adjusted against the 1st Instalment of INR 2.67,501/-. The
remaining amount of the 1st Instalment of INR 2,17,501/- should be deposited by 31/03/2025. The deposit of this amount
of INR 2,17,501/- will be considered as your formal acceptance of the offer of admission.
• In case the remaining amount of the 1st Instalment is not received by 31/03/2025, the Provisional Admission offer will
be cancelled and the Seat Reservation Fee paid by you will be refunded without any deduction.
• You may choose to withdraw from the programme even after submitting the remaining amount of the 1st Instalment. In
such a case if the withdrawal request is made by May 31, 2025 (or the Last Date for Withdrawal as per AICTE), the entire
fee will be refunded to you after deduction of INR 1000/- as per AICTE guidelines. If the withdrawal request is made after
June 30, 2025, the fee paid will be retained by the Institute and if at all any refund is to be paid it will be as per prevailing
AICTE guidelines.
• Should any discrepancies be found in the application form or the supporting documents provided, the Admissions Office
reserves the right to cancel this offer, even after payment of the fees. In such an event, the candidate will be notified by
the Admissions Office and you will receive a refund of the money paid after deducting the processing amount of Rs.
1000/- as per AICTE guidelines.
• All payments mentioned above should be made through your Admission Dashboard by clicking on the payment link
integrated into the dashboard.
Annexure 2: Hostel Fees & Mess Charges
IMI Bhubaneswar offers on-campus hostel accommodation to students.
All hostel rooms are fully air-conditioned. Preferred hostel accommodation is made available on a first-come-first-served basis
and at the discretion of the Institute.
Students admitted to the two-year PGDM programmes who receive on-campus accommodation will need to add Hostel Fees
as per the room allotted to them along with the Mess Fee.
