Sampling process had been carried out by NES's Representative at the above-mentioned loading port during
loading operation from the available loading system as per international standards, all the drawn increments
had been mixed up together to compose one gross representative sample that divided into separate bags,
tightened, labeled, sealed.

The above sample had been delivered to Nes-Eurocert Lab for analysis, and the received results found as follows:

By visual inspection of the above-mentioned holds and hatches NES surveyor found them dry, clean, free from loose
rust, dust and/or trace of previous cargo and ready to receive the mentioned cargo after completion of
any inspection/survey required at this time.
This certificate reflects our findings determined at time and place of intervention only and does not relieve the
master and the owner of “M.V POLESTAR”of their obligations and duties in any or all respects and does not release
nor certify that the said vessel is being “grain/organic free.”
