2. Creativity:
• Describe a time when you had to think outside the box to solve a problem.
• How do you approach innovative thinking and generating new ideas?
• Share an instance where you implemented a creative solution in a professional setting.
• How do you foster a creative environment in a team?
Tips on how to answer:
Demonstrate your ability to approach challenges from unique angles, showcase projects where
you brought original ideas to fruition, and explain how you value and encourage creativity in
yourself and others. Describe incidents/experiences/hobbies clearly and elaborately.
3. Consistency:
• How do you maintain your focus and productivity over time?
• Share an example of a project or goal you pursued with unwavering determination.
• How do you handle setbacks and stay on track with your long-term objectives?
Tips on how to answer:
Highlight your commitment to achieving your goals, mention instances where you persisted
through obstacles, and demonstrate your dedication to continuous improvement. It does not just
have to be professional experiences; it can be anything that you have pursued for a long time. For
example, swimming, classical music, painting, blog page, volunteering, etc.
4. Intellect:
• How would you rate yourself at academics, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest?
• What academic or intellectual challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
• How do you stay informed about the latest developments in your field of interest?
• Share an experience that required analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Tips on how to answer:
Emphasize your intellectual curiosity, passion for learning, and ability to analyse complex
situations critically. Discuss how you keep yourself updated on industry trends and relevant
knowledge. Talk about your projects, research papers, strong subjects, grades, professional
certifications, etc.

5. Empathy:
• Describe a situation where you showed empathy and understanding towards others.
• Have you participated in community services, if yes then which cause do you support the
most?
• Explain how you build strong relationships and rapport with team members.
• What is your strength, your EQ or IQ? How do you generally tend to balance them two?
Tips on how to answer:
Highlight your ability to listen actively, empathize with others' perspectives, and collaborate
effectively in diverse settings. Mention instances where you positively influenced team dynamics
with your empathetic approach. Talk about all your volunteering opportunities and all the causes
that you dearly care about.

6. Openness:
• Describe a situation where you had to step out of your comfort zone to explore new
opportunities or take on unfamiliar responsibilities.
• Tell me about a time when you had to work with a diverse group of individuals with contrasting
viewpoints. How did you navigate through potential conflicts and collaborate effectively?
• Discuss a time when you had to change your approach or strategy in response to unexpected
circumstances or market dynamics.
Tips on how to answer:
Demonstrate your willingness to embrace feedback and learn from experiences outside your
comfort zone. Showcase your ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adjust your
perspectives based on new information or changing circumstances. Talk about your most unique
experiences.
Other General Tips
• Remember, when answering these questions, use the STAR method (Situation, Task,
Action, Result) to structure your responses effectively.
• Provide concrete examples and quantify your achievements whenever possible.
• Don’t lie or sugarcoat any experiences, they will get to know.
• Dress appropriately.
• Structure your answers well.
• Sound passionate, motivated, and happy.
• Have at least 3 questions ready to ask them at the end of the interview.
• It’s okay if you fumble, keep going.
• It’s okay to say, “I don’t know”.
• Know the program you are applying for, IN & OUT!
