ENGINE ROOM 17,500 LTDW OIL TANKER
MT.PAGERUNGAN
▪ 1.Mampu menempatkan equipment di kamar mesin dengan mempertimbangkan :
▪ Pipe connection
▪ Cable connection.
▪ Perawatan / Maintenance space di kamar mesin .
▪ Memodifikasi peralatan di kamar mesin sesuai dimensi kamar mesin , dan aturan dari
Badan Klasifikasi
▪ 2.. Membuat piping diagram sesuai building spec.dan aturan badan Klasifikasi
System ballast , bilge dsb

▪ 3. Mengaplikasikan Rules atau aturan2x dari Badan Klasifikasi maupun SOLAS /


MARPOL

▪ 4. Mampu dalam membuat perhitungan 2x spt SFOC untuk menentukan besarnya tangki2x
dikamar mesin. , Heat Balance Cal dll.

▪ 5. Membuat perhitungan system pendingin dari Main Engine dan Aux.Engines.

▪ 6. Mengetahui dan mengenal scope of supply dari peralatan yang dipasang di kamar
mesin sesuai kebutuhan Class / SOLAS / MARPOL maupun ship yard .

▪ 7. Mengetahui system system dikamar mesin sesuai building spec maupun Badan
Klasifikasi , endurance , daearh pelayaran maupun owner req.
Contoh : winter condition dimana kapal hrs dilengkapi dengan heater , coolant yang
dipakaoi hrs type anti freezing dsb.

▪ 8 . Mengenal peralatan yang baru sesuai Class dan badan register yg lain contoh
Water Ballast Treatment dimana untuk kapal yang dibangun per Jan 2016 hrs
sdh mengaplikasikan (tidak untuk semua Negara)
