My Personal Philosophy of Teaching

My teaching philosophy is that all of us have the right to education. I want to

become a teacher because I’d like to share, guide, and empower future generations to
discover their potential and make a difference in the world. I want to see and help
students in learning. Being a teacher is a profession that also helps and has significant
contributions to society. I want to at least be part of making a difference, knowing that
my guidance and encouragement have positively influenced a student's life. If I were to
consider teaching or if I were to become a teacher, my only motivation would be my
passion for learning. I believe my love for knowledge and a desire to share it with
others, inspire curiosity, and a hunger for lifelong learning could contribute to and
impact those people who are incompetent when it comes to education. For me, the
very essence of education is to empower us individuals to strive to learn for the
betterment of our society. Because I firmly believe that, education is an ongoing
journey of curiosity and growth that continues throughout our lives. All of us have the
right and deserve access to quality education. Education is not just all about acquiring
knowledge rather, it also plays an essential role in fostering social awareness, ethical
behavior, transformation, and a sense of responsibility toward others and the
environment.

As a teacher, I see myself as a guide, mentor, and facilitator for my students to

foster growth and development. I believe my students should not just be merely
receiving knowledge. However, teachers should also build and initiate relationships
with their students by promoting effective teaching and communication skills. One of
the most important qualities or attributes that a great teacher should have is patience.
Because, once a teacher upholds patience, he/she will remain calm and persistent most
of the time which will give students the time and space to grasp concepts at their own
pace. It will help individuals achieve their goals because their professor is persistent
and motivated enough to teach. I will act as a mentor, facilitator, or guide in the
learning process of my students by building a strong and healthy relationship with them.
Because once you have a connection with your learners, all of you will have a smooth
