My background is a bit diverse, and I believe it's


given me a strong foundation for a receptionist role. I spent time as an intern with a tour operator in
Siem Reap, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, handling inquiries, and coordinating
transportation. This role really honed my ability to interact with people from all over the world and
ensure they had a positive experience.

Following that, I worked as a bellboy in Turkey. While seemingly different, this position significantly
improved my communication and organizational skills. It required me to be highly attentive to detail,
manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in fast-
paced environments. I learned to anticipate needs and provide efficient, friendly service.

Do you familiar with opera system?

Yes, I am familiar with the general systems that hotels use. I understand that hotels use systems to
manage reservations, guest information, and billing. While I have not had direct experience with the
Opera system, I am very comfortable with computers, and very proficient with the Microsoft office suite.
I am also a very quick learner, and I am certain that I could quickly learn any hotel operating system that
your hotel uses.
