Impact on Participating Organizations and Informal


Groups
During the Project:
Capacity Building & Knowledge Sharing: Organizations will enhance their expertise in
youth participation, civic engagement, and sustainability education.Partner organizations
will exchange best practices and strengthen international collaboration in democratic youth
engagement.
Increased Engagement in European Youth Policy: Organizations will actively contribute to
EU Youth Dialogue priorities, aligning their work with European Youth Goals.They will
develop stronger networks with policymakers, educators, and youth councils to promote
democratic inclusion.
Strengthened Organizational Skills: Teams will improve their project management, event
coordination, and digital outreach skills.Training in non-formal education methods, youth-
led initiatives, and sustainability practices will increase organizational competence.
After the Project:
Sustainable Partnerships & Future Cooperation: Organizations will establish long-term
collaborations, leading to new Erasmus+ projects and joint initiatives. The project will
create a network of youth leaders and civic organizations across Europe. Integration of
Project Outcomes into Regular Activities: Organizations will incorporate youth
participation models, intercultural dialogue strategies, and sustainability actions into
their ongoing work.Toolkits, digital resources, and policy recommendations will be used to
train future young leaders.
Stronger Community Outreach & Policy Influence: Organizations will have increased
visibility and influence in local, national, and EU-level youth policy discussions. They will

2. Impact on Young People Actively Involved in the
Project
During the Project:
Enhanced Democratic Awareness & Active Citizenship: Young people will understand
their rights and responsibilities in democratic societies.They will engage with decision-
makers, youth councils, and policymakers to influence youth policies.
Increased Leadership & Project Management Skills: Participants will organize events,
lead campaigns, and coordinate activities, improving their leadership and teamwork
abilities.They will gain experience in advocacy, debate, and non-formal education
methods.
Stronger Intercultural Competence & Social Inclusion: Engaging with peers from diverse
backgrounds will increase tolerance, mutual understanding, and cross-cultural
collaboration.Youth-led activities will empower marginalized young people, fostering a more
inclusive and equal society.
Green Skills & Environmental Awareness: Participants will learn eco-friendly practices
and develop youth-led sustainability initiatives.The project will encourage youth to

After the Project:
