 General Responsibilities

 Ensure the proper use of all PPE by everyone


 Ensure that every one follows safety procedure for specific
jobs and to build safe working environment.
 Organize and craft wise safety training / promotional
programmer and orientation.
 Prepare and maintain safety document.
 Enlighten hazard at each site and to educate every individual hazard safety steps required for different jobs. Ex. Fire
preventions, Emergency evacuation, Heavy lifting, Excavation Confined space and hot tapping etc.
 Making sure that work location is free from obstacles and access and egress should be clear.
 Drinking water is available for workers
 Ensuring that there is safe access and no dangerous obstructions.
 To ensure that personnel protective equipment are in working condition and being used by workers in hazardous
situations.

 To inspect firefighting equipment and to see that they are in working condition.

Job Description
 Checking PPE such as safety helmet, goggles, hand gloves, safety shoes, safety harness etc.
 Training personal in Construction safety.
 Conduct Routing functional tasks i.e. tool meeting, special safety meeting, and pre-deployment safety orientations.
 Daily observation of Site & Continues monitoring the work site condition.
 Emergency evacuation for work site.
 Incident reporting investigation and analysis feedback.
 Checking scaffoldings and Tagging.
 Inspection of fire Extinguisher.
 Removing trade waste and dirt regularly.
 Checking the safe work plan before starting the work.
 Arranged the safety walk through weekly in Site area.
 Permit to work should design to protect personal and plant to follow supervision and inspection of specific area and specific
work as per permit.
 Auditing machinery, PPE’s, Housekeeping and hand tools.
 Monthly EHS Report.
 Conduct Safety Committee Meeting with Execution team and Contractors.
 Check all Stairways, passageways and gangways kept free from materials and abstraction of any kind should be removed.
 Control the site transport and placement the proper warning sign boards.
 Maintain record as accident free site.
 Prepare JSA & HIRA with execution team, before starting the critical or non-routing job.
