The purpose of this memorandum is to inform all employees as a part of continuous efforts to
enhance workplace efficiency and employee experience. Omnitech Solutions is implementing
several updated company policies, effective March 30, 2025. These changes reflect our
commitment to maintaining a productive, secure, and employee-focused work environment.

1.Flexible work arrangements: Hybrid work option: Up to 2 remote days/per week for eligible
positions. Approval required two weekdays prior, 72 hours in advance.
2. Updated dress code: Business professional: Monday-Wednesday and smart casual
Wednesday; clean jeans with company polo or blouse permitted.
3. Enhanced security protocols: Mandatory biometric authentication for all system logins and
strict no personal device policy for accessing company data.
4. Timekeeping system: New Kronos mobile app for clocking in/out and 10-minute grace
period; late arrivals require manager notification.
5.Break periods: Standardized 15-minute morning/afternoon breaks and 1-hour lunch break for
all full-time employees.

These policy updates reflect Omnitech Solution's commitment to maintaining a fair workplace
and prompt attention to these changes ensures we continue operating efficiently while supporting
