checked, duplication, too lengthy.
3) Confusing statements has been connected, replaced, omitted.

4) Caps have been checked. Bold-I
a. Contains facts only, no wrong statements and understated
date. Checks update data from concerned person.
5) Test fulfils the aim of document / event / campaign.
6) Heading are appropriate and easy to understand.
7) No over use of English.
a. None of organization portal address, telephones, email
website is at proper site and if adequate size.
b. Monogram
c. Fonts: readable
d. Colour Scheme:
Suitable colour composition according to ???? readability
font /background etc.
e. Page:
Balance text placement
Not over filled page
Readability regarding size and type of font,
colour/background.
f. Attraction:
Any image / text destroying the attraction to word
Images / illustration, uniform ????.
g. Uniform nomenclature, no multiplication to express same
department / service etc. with different word / phrase.
h. Size of document / poster, brochure has been mentioned

i. Correction with Red Pen.
j. Approval of sample, quality rate from authorized
committee / personal.
