Subject: Request for Information under the Right to Information Act, 2005
Under the provisions of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005, I kindly request the
following details regarding all examinations conducted by RPSC after January 1, 2010.
The requested information should strictly pertain to exams held post this date.
1. Examinations Conducted (Since January 1, 2010) (a) How many examina-
tions have been conducted by RPSC since January 1, 2010? (b) Provide a list of all
examinations conducted during this period.
2. Application and Participation Details (a) How many total applications have
been received for each examination? (b) Provide a gender-wise breakup (boys and girls)
of applicants for each examination. (c) How many students actually appeared in each
examination? (d) Provide a gender-wise breakup of students who appeared (boys and
girls) in each examination.
3. Fraudulent Activities (a) How many students were found involved in fraudulent
activities in each examination? (b) Provide a list of fraud cases detected, examination-
wise.
4. Incorrect Questions, Related Cases, and Actions Taken (a) How many ques-
tions were found to be incorrect in each examination? Provide an exam-wise breakdown.
(b) How many candidates challenged these incorrect questions, and how many cases have
been filed related to these questions? (c) How much revenue has been generated from fees
related to challenging incorrect questions? Provide an exam-wise breakdown. (d) How
many students have received compensation due to incorrect questions, and what is the
total amount paid? (e) How many cases related to incorrect questions are still pending
resolution? (f) How many questions have been deleted in each examination? Provide an
exam-wise breakdown. (g) What formula is used to calculate the final marks when some
questions are deleted? Is it full marks minus deleted marks or any other method? (h)
If an examination is found to have more than 5% incorrect questions, what actions are
taken against the question setters or exam paper creators?
As per the RTI Act, 2005, please provide the requested information within 30 days. If
there are any additional charges for obtaining copies of the information, kindly inform
me in advance.
