I) Recruitment
Identification of Manpower requirements for business processes in consultation with HR head & Business head.
Responsible for handling entire National level IT as well as non-IT recruitment
Handling End to End Recruitment Process from Recruitment & Selection, issuing offer letters, Induction, background verifications & maintaining employee relations. Handling
complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from various sources like portals, databases, references, linked in etc.
Having good experience in handling mass recruitments at all levels i.e., Executives & Managerial levels
Handling domestic as well as international requirements and capturing the best talent from the industry.
Maintaining Virtual Bench database for building the pipeline for future business requirements
Ensuring Manpower requirements are met within timelines
Being the Key member in the team in forming the Recruitment process & handling Recruitments at various levels.
II) Induction & Background Verification
Handling orientation program for new employees, conducting Induction program for new entrants and completing their joining formalities.

Job Responsibilities
Sourcing resumes from various job portals, screening selecting the candidates, scheduling up the interviews, taking feedbacks from the clients.
Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.
Based on the clients’ requirements screening the resumes and judging the candidate to meet the particular requirement.
Doing initial screening by arranging technical interview for the candidate by coordinating with the internal technical person.
After the candidate is through with the initial technical round, putting across the client.
After the candidate is selected by the client negotiating with the candidate regarding the joining date and salary.
Constantly be in touch with the candidate until he joins.
Maintaining a cordial relationship with the candidate even after the candidate joins the client place.
