RE: PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO THE BACHELOR OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
PROGRAMME (FULLTIME)
On behalf of the Senate of Mulungushi University, I am pleased to inform you that you have been
admitted to the School of Business Studies (SBS) to pursue a 4 year Bachelor of Accounting and
Finance. Please note that your student number (S/N) is 202508567.
The programme to which you have been admitted commences on Sunday 24th August 2025. You will
be required to arrive on Sunday 24th August 2025 for registration. All new students are required to
undergo medical examinations at the University Clinic - Great North Campus at a fee of K100.
Confirmation of your admission will be upon payment of at least 50% of the fees due for the Semester
on or before 24th August 2025.
For your convenience, the University has provided the following payment options to help you settle
your fees quickly and efficiently. You can deposit your fees in any of the following accounts:
a) ZANACO Bank Bill Muster at any of their branches countrywide. Please indicate your student
number as you deposit money at the bank. Note that a Bill Muster does not have digit account details.
Alternatively, you can pay the fees via your mobile phone on MTN Mobile Money by simply dialing
*115#" or Airtel Mobile Money by dialing *115#.
b) Mulungushi University First National Bank (FNB) ACCOUNT NUMBER 62555524224.
c) Mulungushi University Indo Zambia Bank. Account Number 0063020000022- Kabwe Branch
Please note further that cash payments will not be accepted.
Requests for refund of fees shall attract a penalty of 10% of total fees paid, if the claim is made
before the commencement of the programme. Penalty will be 20%, if the claim is made before
the end of late registration. Thereafter, no requests for refunds shall be accepted.
This offer is only valid for the 2025/2026 academic year and admissions cannot be deferred to another
academic year.
Find attached hereto, full-time conditions of admission which you are required to read carefully and
comply with.
Please note that the university has limited accomodation. Applicants admitted to Mulungushi
University should not pay for accomodation untill they are offered bed spaces. Students who the
University will not be able to accommodate will be required to source alternative accommodation. All
University accommodation will be on a self-catering basis and therefore students wishing to occupy
University accommodation will have to provide their own two-plate cookers.
Application for accomodation will be done online on a date to be advised.
