Dr.C.V.Raman
C. V. Raman was born in
Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu, India to
Tamil Iyer Brahmin parents, Chandrasekhar
Ramanathan Iyer and Parvathi Ammal. His
father was a teacher at a local high school
and earned a modest income. He had
studied on Musical sound, blue color of the
sea, Raman effect, the scattering
experiments. At the end of October 1970,
Raman had a cardiac arrest and collapsed
in his laboratory. He was moved to the
hospital where doctors diagnosed his
condition and declared that he was dead. In
his memory the exam Dr.C.V.Raman exam is
conducted by the Indian government
Homi Jehangir
Bhabha
Homi Jehangir Bhabha was born
on 30 October 1909 into a wealthy Parsi
family comprising Jehangir Hormusji
Bhabha, a well-known lawyer, though he
passed his Senior Cambridge Examination
with honors at the age of fifteen, he was
too young to join any college abroad. So, he
enrolled in Elphinstone College. Bhabha
worked at the Cavendish Laboratory while
working towards his PhD degree in
theoretical physics supervised by Ralph
Fowler.
The discovery of the positro in 1932 .
In 1935, Bhabha published a paper in the
Proceedings of the Royal Society in which
he first calculated the cross-section of
electron-positron scattering.
Bhabha died when Air India Flight 101
crashed near Mont Blanc on 24 January
1966.
A.P.J.Abdul Kalam
A.P.J. Abdul Kalam (1931-
2015) was an esteemed Indian scientist and
politician, widely celebrated as the
"People's President" of India. Known for his
role in India's space and missile programs,
he was instrumental in developing the
country's ballistic missile and nuclear
capabilities. Kalam also served as the 11th
President of India from 2002 to 2007.
Beyond his scientific contributions, he was
a passionate advocate for education and
youth empowerment, inspiring many
through his writings and lectures. His book,
"Wings of Fire," is an autobiographical
account of his journey from a small village
in Tamil Nadu to becoming a key figure in
Indian science and politics.
at the Indian Institute of Management
Shillong. While climbing a flight of stairs,
he experienced some discomfort but was
able to enter the auditorium after a brief
rest.[87] At around 6:35 p.m. IST, only five
minutes into his lecture
Vikram Sarabhai
Vikram Sarabhai (1919-1971) was
a pioneering Indian scientist and
entrepreneur widely regarded as the father
of the Indian space program. He played a
crucial role in establishing the Indian Space
Research Organization (ISRO) in 1969,
which has since become a leading space
agency globally. Sarabhai's vision was
instrumental in promoting the peaceful use
of space technology for national
development, including satellite
communication and remote sensing. His
efforts laid the foundation for India's space
exploration and satellite capabilities,
significantly advancing the country's
scientific and technological progress.d He
had spoken to A. P. J. Abdul Kalam on the
telephone. Within an hour into the
conversation, Sarabhai died of cardiac
arrest at the age of 52 in Trivandrum
Satyendra Nath Bose
Satyendra Nath Bose (1894-1974)
was a prominent Indian physicist renowned
for his work on quantum mechanics. He is
best known for his development of Bose-
Einstein statistics and the concept of
bosons, which are particles that follow this
statistical rule. His collaboration with
Albert Einstein led to the prediction of the
Bose-Einstein condensate, a state of matter
observed in modern physics. Bose's
contributions were foundational to the field
of particle physics and have had a lasting
impact on our understanding of quantum
mechanics and condensed matter physics.
On 4 feburary,1947 Satyendra Nath Bose

Venkatraman
Radhakrishnana
Venkatraman Radhakrishnan, often
referred to as Dr. V. Radhakrishnan, is an
Indian space scientist and engineer known
for his significant contributions to India's
space program. He served as the Chairman
of the Indian Space Research Organization
(ISRO) from 2009 to 2014. During his
tenure, he oversaw the successful launch of
the Mars Orbiter Mission (Mangalyaan) in
2013, making India the first Asian country
to reach Mars orbit and the fourth space
agency in the world to do so.
Radhakrishnan has also been recognized
for his role in advancing satellite
technology and space exploration in India.
But unfortunately, on 3 March 2011
Dr.V.Radhakrishanan has said by to this

Birbal Sahni
Birbal Sahni (1891–1949) was a
prominent Indian paleobotanist and a
key figure in the study of plant fossils.
He is best known for his work on the
flora of the Indian subcontinent and his
research into the ancient plant life of
India. Sahni's studies provided valuable
insights into the geological history of
the region, including evidence of
prehistoric climates and the evolution
of plant life. He was a founding member
of the Indian Science Congress and
played a significant role in establishing
the Birbal Sahni Institute of
Palaeobotany in Lucknow, which
continues to advance research in the
field of paleobotany.
On 3 April 1949 Dr bibral sahni died
because of succumbed to a heart attack
Salim ali
Salim Ali (1896–1987) was a
renowned Indian ornithologist and
naturalist, often referred to as the
"Birdman of India." He made significant
contributions to the study of Indian bird
species and was instrumental in promoting
ornithology in India. His landmark work,
The Book of Indian Birds, published in
1941, remains a classic reference. Salim Ali
was also a key figure in the establishment
of several wildlife reserves in India and
played a crucial role in bird conservation
efforts.
On 20 June of 1987 the salim ali died
because of prostate cancer at age of 90
years
Subrahmanyan
Chandrasekhar.
Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar
(1910–1995) was an eminent Indian-
American astrophysicist who won the Nobel
Prize in Physics in 1983 for his work on the
structure and evolution of stars. His most
notable contribution is the Chandrasekhar
limit, which is the maximum mass (about
1.4 times that of the Sun) that a white
dwarf star can have before it collapses
under its own gravity, leading to a
supernova or forming a neutron star.
Chandrasekhar’s work has been
fundamental in understanding stellar
evolution and the life cycles of stars. On 21
of August 1995 because of heart attack he
has being died
Raj Reddy
Raj Reddy is an influential Indian
American computer scientist and a pioneer
in the field of artificial intelligence. He is

significant contributions to speech
recognition and robotics. He has been
recognized with numerous awards,
including the Turing Award in 1994, often
regarded as the "Nobel Prize of
Computing." Reddy's research has had a
profound impact on the development of
intelligent systems and continues to
influence the field. Raj Reddy is alive till no
