How the Experience Works


● Request your prospect Invite Kit via the Partner Portal.
Within 48 hours, Nutanix will send you a co-branded
email invite kit with custom UTM code to stamp and
shield your leads.
● Send the co-branded email from your own CRM
● Prospects will receive a co-branded invite with a link to
the experience page
● Once the link is clicked prospects will enter the
exploration themed experience page where they are
invited to click on a variety of assets
● Once prospects download and/or view three or more
pieces of content a form will appear to redeem an e-gift
card
● Work with your Nutanix channel or sales contact to
request reporting and understand who engaged with
your DDM

After the DDM


● An email will be sent to your prospects with a $/€/£10 e-gift card* (or local currency) voucher
upon completion of opt-in form
● Leads will be shielding from Nutanix follow-up. Please Deal Register leads via the Partner Portal
and leverage the full benefits of our Deal Registration program.

*Gift cards only available to participants in the United States, Canada, most EMEA and most Latin American
countries. US and EMEA Public Sector employees are not eligible. Nutanix will provide a local equivalent eGift if the
