Test Lead
P&C Digital Self-Service re-platforming project is doing migrating AAA.com from Salesforce to
AWS cloud environment as Strategy of Lift and shift for the three Pilot states FL, GA, and TN with
cosmetic, look and feel screen changes. Rewriting the existing AAA.com into AWS cloud without
redesigning the application or operations workflow and project implementing Michigan PIP new
Governance Rules into the Cloud environment.

Responsibilities:
 Create functional scenarios for the requirements under test each sprint.
 Preparation of Test Plan and Test Strategy and other monthly, weekly status reports
 Offshore and Onsite Coordination due to Offshore and Onsite model.
 Assign various tasks to the engineers as per strength of individual.
 Manage a team of 8 testing resources.
 Prepare the estimates and work for offshore as functional role of QA lead is to lead the
quality assurance department
