Important Instructions
1. Higher Education Department, Madhya Pradesh Government has invited
applications for the post of Assistant Professor (History) examination.
2. Age will be calculated with reference to 01 January 2023.
3. For calculating the age, the same date of birth which is mentioned in the
10th (High School) mark list of the candidate will be valid. Therefore,
candidates should mention only the name, father's name and date of birth
mentioned in the above mark list in the online application form.
4. It will be the responsibility of the candidate himself to ensure that he fulfills
all the requirements prescribed for the post applied for.
5. After applying online and paying the application fee, the candidate should
take a print out of the online application form and ensure that the fee has
been paid from the payment details mentioned in the application form.
6. Candidates should keep in mind that any error in the examination
application form cannot be corrected at the interview stage, hence they
should fill the examination application form very carefully. If there is still
any error other than the name, then make the desired correction within the
error correction period.
7. Category / Category (Unreserved / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe /
Other Backward Class / Economically Weaker Section) / Gender (Female /
Male) / Disability / Ex-Serviceman / Government Servant / Date of Birth etc.
filled by the candidate in the online application form. The result of the
examination is declared on that basis only. Therefore, any change after the
end of the error correction period will not be valid. The Commission will not
enter into any correspondence with the applicant regarding all the
representations regarding change in category/category/date of birth and all
such representations will be declared invalid. Candidates should ensure that
they are included under the relevant category as per the updated orders of the
government. In case of incorrect information, candidature will be cancelled.
8. The examination centers are allotted by the Commission on the basis of
priority and availability of cities received from the candidates at the time of
invitation of online application forms in the recruitment advertisements.
Once approved, no representation submitted by the candidate regarding
change of examination city will be accepted.
9. Necessary information regarding advertisement and results of the
examination will be published only on the Commission's website
www.mppsc.mp.gov.in and Employment and Construction newspaper. If
necessary, information can be given through e-mail and SMS on the e-mail
address and mobile number given by the candidate while filling the online
application form. For necessary information, candidates must mention their
e-mail address and mobile number at the prescribed place on the online
application form and keep visiting the Commission's website continuously.
10. Candidates should keep their application form and application number
safely.
11. All the candidates are informed that before filling the online form, they
should read the information given in the advertisement published by Madhya
Pradesh Public Service Commission carefully. Apply only after this.
Necessary instructions regarding photo scanning -
1. Before filling the online application form, candidates should keep ready a
scan file of their latest passport size photograph and signature ranging from
20 KB to 100 KB, which they will have to upload while filling the online
form.
2. For scanning, use latest passport size color photograph which should not be
more than three months old.
3. While taking a photo, look straight into the camera in a relaxed state.
4. If you use glasses, make sure that there are no reflections and that your eyes
are clearly visible.
5. The photograph and signature attached with the application form should be
clear.
6. Make sure the background of the photo is a light color or ideally white.
