ABSTRACT

The Car Showroom Management Website is a comprehensive and user-friendly platform

designed to simplify and enhance the operations of showrooms across various industries. This
web-based system provides a centralized solution for managing key aspects of showroom
activities, including product cataloguing, inventory tracking, sales monitoring, and customer
relationship management (CRM). By integrating these functionalities, the platform ensures
efficient handling of daily tasks and minimizes manual errors, enabling businesses to focus on
growth and customer satisfaction.

Key features of the system include an intuitive product catalogue module for organizing
and showcasing products, a robust inventory management system to monitor stock levels and
prevent shortages, and a CRM module to store and manage customer information for better
engagement and retention. The platform also supports order processing, secure payment
integration, and detailed sales analytics, empowering showroom owners to make data-driven
decisions.

The website is built with modern web technologies such as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS,
and JavaScript, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable performance. A responsive design
guarantees compatibility across devices, providing a seamless user experience for both
administrators and customers. Additionally, the system includes reporting tools to generate insights
into sales trends, inventory status, and customer behaviour, facilitating strategic planning.
