Subject: Seminar cum Orientation Programme on Positive Affirmations, Leadership, and
Development of Community Development Program in Schools for Principals and Vice
Principals.
Dear Ma’am/Sir,
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 highlights the importance of cultivating leadership qualities
and promoting the holistic development of students. It also emphasizes the critical role schools play in
fostering community engagement. These priorities align closely with the concepts of Positive
Affirmations, Leadership, and Community Development in school education.
In alignment with the vision of NEP 2020, the Board has launched several initiatives to enhance
leadership practices and promote community development, supporting the holistic growth of students
in schools.
As part of these efforts, the Board is organizing a Seminar cum Orientation Programme on
Positive Affirmations, Leadership, and Development of Community Development Program
in Schools for Principals and Vice Principals. This program is designed to further strengthen
school culture and promote the comprehensive development of students.
Seminar cum Orientation Program Details:
Date & Day : May 02, 2025 (Friday)
Time : 10:30 AM to 02.00 PM
Venue: Auditorium, CBSE Integrated Office, Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075
(Participants are requested to arrive by 9:00 AM for pre-program formalities.)
Objectives of the Program:
Explore the transformative influence of positive affirmations on mindset and behavior.
Strengthen leadership abilities among Principals, Vice Principals, and Educators.
Foster active community involvement and development initiatives both within and beyond
school campuses.
Inspire educators to cultivate a belief in student potential, emphasizing growth through effort
and perseverance.
Motivate Principals, Vice Principals, and Staff to take responsibility for their actions, reinforcing
accountability throughout the school community.
Expected Outcomes:
By the end of the orientation, Principals and Vice Principals will be able to:
Cultivate a supportive and optimistic school climate by promoting positive affirmations, creating
an environment where school fraternity feel valued.
Foster leadership opportunities for students, helping them develop into responsible, confident
leaders actively engaged in school governance and activities.
Engage in leadership development initiatives by strengthening relationships with local
communities, ensuring that schools serve as hubs for positive social change.
Advocate for inclusive education practices and social responsibility, sustaining a positive
environment where students are empowered to contribute to their community.
Strengthen school-community ties through inclusive education, increased collaboration, and the
promotion of a culture of lifelong learning.
Registration Process:
Interested Principals and Vice Principals are encouraged to register via the following Google Form:

Participation is limited to 350 Principals / Vice Principals only on a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirmation emails will be sent to the selected participants.
Only confirmed participants will be allowed to attend the orientation.
Travel and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the participants.
