The purpose of this assignment is to give you hands-on practice. It is expected that students
will solve the assignment themselves. The following rules will apply during the evaluation
of the assignment.

● The submitted assignment does NOT open or the file is corrupted will yield zero
marks.
● No assignment after the due date will be accepted.

● Submit the assignment in .DOC file format.

● You can use MS Visio/ MS Paint for drawing the ERD Diagram etc.

● Give the idea of Keys.

● Give the idea of Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

Consider this diagram and perform the following task:

Task :
Write answers to the questions listed in the first column in the corresponding second
column. No need to include any extra or irrelevant information in the answer column,
otherwise marks will be deducted.
