- Listen to 10-15 mins of English (YouTube/Podcasts with subtitles)
Weekly Focus:
Week 1: Greetings, self-introduction, common questions
Week 2: Talking about your day, time, and routines
Week 3: Describing surroundings (objects, colors, places)
Week 4: Asking for help, directions, shopping
Phase 2: Confidence Building (Days 31-60)
Goal: Use English in real-life situations and build fluency.
Daily Routine:
- Watch English videos and repeat key sentences
- Practice daily conversations (mirror or with a partner)
- Journal 5 lines a day in English
- Record yourself speaking and review
Weekly Focus:
Week 5: Talking about hobbies, food, weather
Week 6: Making phone calls, visiting a doctor, restaurant dialogues
Week 7: Travel talk (airport, hotel, public transport)
Week 8: Expressing opinions and suggestions
Phase 3: Fluency & Expression (Days 61-90)
Goal: Speak with flow, respond naturally, and improve listening.
Daily Routine:

- Watch English movies/TV shows (with/without subtitles)
- Practice debates and storytelling
