2) Read the following texts. Complete them using either the simple past
or the present perfect form of the verb in parenthesis.
a. I usually travel around the world. Last time I did, I met (meet) Michael
Jordan on the airplane. He was very nice to me. We shaked hands
(shake hands). Since that moment, I always pay attention to the people
around me and, I have seen (see) many famous people.
b. Hey Carlos, Have you kissed (kiss) a man before? Well, I have done it,
hahaha! Last year I went (go) to Russia and, they have a complete

3) Think of activities that you consider are frightening, disgusting,
thrilling and fascinating experiences. Write sentences or questions
using ever, already, yet and before in the Present Perfect. See the
example.

4) Write a short text about a person you know (friend, relative, colleague,
etc.) Use the adverbs yet, already, before and ever in the text. Write
down in the box provided.
I am talking about my colleague Zuriday Soledad, she have worked in
consultoy before, we have graduated at UCV yet as Chemical Engineer.
She hasn’t ever traveled to China. We have already worked together in
Petroboscan project. She has lived in Caracas before.

Complete this postcard to Angela, who lives in Bogota and wants to
help William in his adapting process. Write about what William has and

Dear Angela, Tuesday, Feb 10th
I hope that you’re fine, I would like to explain you all about as live up
in Bogota.
I have already gotten my passport at Saime when I lived in Santa
Monica, I have ever done legal paperwork at the Ministry of Higher
Education, so you shouldn't have any problem. As well as, is really
important meet friends where you will stay. I have contacted my
friends and acquaintances in Bogota days before I arrived it.
You could begin to look forward job from Caracas. For example, I
have sent some curriculum vitae by e-mail to twenty employers for
day. I have ever attended the appointment at the consulate of
Colombia before. When I was in Caracas I gave all documents.
Also, I have already gotten the birth certificate using the new form. On
the whole I haven´t never collected $500 necessary to enter the
country.
