FACILITY
The student is bound by the rules, regulations, timings, administrative procedures and
discipline requirements of TPL and must necessarily comply with prescribed guidelines.
You should abide by the academic milestones and all other guidelines governing the
execution and completion of this program. You hereby undertake to put in your
best effort towards improving your skills and knowledge by learning from the
course you are undergoing and maintain professional behavior at all times.
You are expected to co-operate with the internship and placement process. Non-
participation or any other act of non-cooperation with the Internship / Placement
process, including non-participation in selection process and not adhering to
timelines, shall lead to withdrawal of internship and Placement offer, at TPL’s sole
and absolute
TPL expects that you resolve all matters relating to your course, education delivery,
fees internship and placement directly with TPL. Any attempt to bring any outside
influence directly/or indirectly ~ upon TPL through any authority or ICICI Bank to
further your interests in respect of matters pertaining to your association with TPL
and services with any Partner organization would amount to breach of admission
contract & Academic norms and would lead to debar you from availing any services
from TPL & ICICI Bank and thus leading to initiation of appropriate action.
Please note that during the course of your association with TPL , you will not take part
in any demonstration / agitation against TPL and its officals for /or on behalf of any
external bodies / political outfits either as a member or a sympathizer. Any act in
contravention of the above, would be treated as prejudicial to the interest and
reputation of the institute leading to initiation of appropriate action,

or criminal case/s instituted against you in any Court of Law or any complaint/show
cause notice/prosecution with/by any Police Station or by any statutory authority,
as also you will notify any outcome of such complaint to TPL in writing. Any act in
breach of this term or suppression of fact would entail initiation of appropriate
action as deemed fit by TPL/ICICI Bank.
**To be eligible to avail internship/placement assistance as part of your Admission

BYou are required to adhere to the academic and internship / placement selection
Process, eligibility requirements and terms and conditions as prescribed by ICICI
Bank and TPL— the mast important eligibility criteria are specified below, namely ~
@ Your name registered in TPL records at time of selection process should exactly match
with name printed on AADHAR card. Please note that the request regarding any
change/correction in name after the submission of application form shall not be
entertained.
| You must have not applied more than once to TPL BFS! program selection process
within last 90 days, failing which your candidature will be rejected with respect to
program training & placement services with no refund applicable.
@ You must have successfully completed 10, 12" & graduation with >=50% aggregate
marks (all subjects and years to be included). No decimal round off allowed in
aggregate %. No Third/Fourth Year (TY) graduation % allowed.
@ Your 10%, 12" & Graduation should be in Regular mode**. Any other mode of
education (correspondence / distance /diploma / vocational/open schooling etc.)
will not be entertained.
1 One Year gap is allowed between 10" tll completion of Graduation,
& Your age must be < 26 years at the time of joining internship and before expiry of
your SOL period (Statute of Limitation). Statute of Limitation (SOL) is the maximum
Period for which a student’s admission is valid. On expiry of the SOL period, a
student is not entitled to any further services from TPL. All student transactions
must be closed within the SOL period.
| You must have registered for Placement by filling TPL Application Form 2 online.
Should have availed this facility within the SOL,
B You must provide photocopy of your PAN card and Aadhaar card at the time of
selection process.
Your maximum work experience (if there) should not exceed a total of 2 years at the
time of applying to program selection process.
| Candidates from select campuses/colleges/universities may not be eligible for the
PGDBM program since these are categorized as Tiered & Blacklisted colleges/
‘campuses by ICICI Bank please check this from TPL Center from where you applied
for program selection process.
@ Yéu must provide an undertaking if you have completed MBA/BE from non
colleges/universities.
® Candidates with CA, CS, ICWA (professional) degrees are not eligible for the program.
] You must not have prior work experience with ICICI BANK Group or any of its
subsidiaries for any duration.
Neither you nor any one of your blood relative and / or spouse should have
educational history or studying in TPL BFSI Training programs for ICICI Bank e.g.
Undergoing PGDBM or CRBSM / CSMSP program from TPL for ICICI BANK.
None of your blood relative and / or spouse should be working with ICICI BANK
group at the time of admission to program.
You must not have applied to PGDSRB program within 1 year of applying to ICICI
Bank direct recruitment process.

for the same. However, registration and completion of exam is your responsibility,
Post certification candidate must submit the valid proofs to TPL. External
examination fee is estimated to be INR 1500 approx. to be borne by the student &
to be submitted with authorized NSE assessment centre.
{Must be medically fit and be able to produce proof of the same along with ICICI
BANK joining booklet.
8) Maintained satisfactory conduct throughout the program.
h) You must submit self-attested copies with TPL centre and show originals of
following documents at time of program selection process and also upload the
same on ICICI BANK Career portal.
i. Proof of Date of Birth (class 10" certificate).
ii, Class 10%, 12" & Graduation Mark Sheets & Certificates,
ion Certificate & Mark sheet (wherever Applicable).
iv. Work experience proof (wherever applicable) - appointment letter, Last
salary slip & relieving letter,
v. AADHAR & PAN card copy.
In the event of non-submission or discrepancy in documents furnished by you, this
Admission Offer will be withheld at TPL’s sole discretion. TPL reserves the right of
cancellation of your admission offer & termination of program related services any
time, in case you do not fulfill the above eligibility criteria & still proceed with the
program.
Note that fulfilment of conditions as stated above are mandatory to receive
Provisional selection letter from ICICI Bank prior to commencement of internship.
@ The assignment of work, nature of work, as part of the internship and final
placement allotted to the student are sole prerogative of ICICI Bank and therefore
TPL shall not be, in any manner, responsible for the same. Work profile will be any
or mix of Sales & Business Development, Customer servicing, Branch operations &
compliance with sales as an integral part of profile. Internship and Placement
joining dates will be decided by ICICI Bank, and therefore TPL cannot be held liable
for the same.
TPL does not offer any assured employment / internship on completion of the Program.
The selection offered salary/designation/job role/place of posting or other
criteria(s) are solely dependent on the requirements of the ICICI Bank and is subject
to you fulfilling their selection & eli criteria. TPL has no control on any such
criteria(s) or on the nature of job offered.
You can be posted at any office of ICICI Bank anywhere in India, and you should be
ready to relocate if required, at your own cost. This clause includes transfer, during
and post internship. The student is required to bear boarding, lodging and all
incidental expenses during the period of Internship. Request for location changes or
work profile changes will not be entertained by ICICI Bank and/or TPL.

education delivery, TPL. may decide to relocate the stadert to another TPL center,
MlakshneahYou should be willing to relocate to another center and/or city to continue with
program at your own expense should this rare need arise.
5 Fee refund application after program start: Please note that no partial or full refund
of any fee component is possible once the student collects the first kit of the course
material and attends the first session of the program. Admission Fee is not
refundable in such cases.
B Fee refund application before program commencement:. Any refund request would
be entertained based on the policy of TPL.
1 In rare and unforeseen circumstances, in case of lack of vacancies in ICICI Bank, TPL
fon its best effort basis, would try to organize internship and placement with its
another partner organization. You should be willing for this, should this rare need
arise.
You need to have access to Computer with High speed Internet connection. The
Delivery of the program includes Pre-reads- Videos, e-learning, which has to be
done daily before coming for classroom training. The courseware provided is also in
digital form and hence to read the same it is mandatory to have machine and
connectivity for the candidate.
‘TPL shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery of the program caused due to any Force
Majeure Event.
These terms and conditions of Admission may be modified or amended from time to
time, with intimation to the you.
By accepting this offer letter, you undertake to abide by the above regulations and also to
abide by the detailed and complete terms and conditions applicable to you as per Student
Rule Book (Student Obligations handbook) ~ version 1.16,
