E - Vehicle Technology

Project Display
Rules :

 Team length should be in 1-3 members.


 Prototypes are compulsory for both hardware and software
 Explanation timing 10 minutes
 Team can use .pptx for better presentation
 Question session conducted by the Judges
 Judges decision is final result

Evaluation Process:
1. Prototype Module
2. Based on the working of the prototype
3. Explanation strategy
4. Question & Answer

Poster Presentation
Rules :

 Team length should be in 1-2 members


 Title will be given on the spot
 Time duration from 30 minutes – 1 hour
 Participants can use any editing tools for making the presentation
 Participants are strictly restricted to use an AI for poster presentation
 Judges decision is final thing result
 AI using participants will be disqualified
 Best presentation has been selected based on:
1. Timing
2. Quality of the presentation
3. Understanding of the concepts
Quiz

Rules :

 Team length should be in 1-3 members


 Technical and Non-Technical questions will be there
 Per question 2 minutes will be given
 Answers should match or it should be relevant to our answer
 No choices are given
 High scoring team will be selected
 Scoring based on the best answers
 Judges decision is final result
