MICROPROJECT REPORT

Part A - Micro project proposal

1.BRIEF INTRODUCTION:
An electric vehicle charging station is equipment that connects an
electric vehicle (EV) to a source of electricity to recharge electric cars,
neighborhood electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids.
2.AIM OF THE PROJECT:
This Micro project aims that the” Business Plan of Electric Vehicle”.is
aimed at studying on different renewable energy resources.
3.INTENTED COURSE OUTCOME:
1. Use basic management principles to execute daily activities.
2.Use principles of planning and organizing for accomplishment of
tasks.
3.Use principles of directing and controlling for implementing the plans.
4.LITERATURE REVIEW:
Conserving energy efficiently is becoming a challenging problem
around the globe, specifically in developing countries. One main reason
is the lack of awareness of end users (or consumers) about the usage of
new and emerging techniques and technologies which can be helpful in
mitigating the a for mentioned problem. This paper will present the
state-of-the-art technologies that have been proposed in the literature
related to enable solutions for energy conservation. This paper also
highlights the details of infrastructure and communication models used
in the literature for implementing such enabled applications. Based on
the existing literature, this paper mentions areas that need more attention
and can serve as open issues or gaps for future research.

5.PROPOSED METHODOLOGY:
This methodology applies to the charging of electric vehicles (EVs)
through EV charging systems, including their associated infrastructure,
whose GHG emission reductions are achieved through the displacement
of emissions from conventional fossil fuel vehicles used for passenger
and freight transportation as a result of the electricity delivered by the
project chargers.

Part B- Micro-Project
Rationale-
Globalization, liberalization and privatization along with revolution in
information technology have opened up new opportunity transforming
lives of masses. In this context, there is immense opportunity of
establishing manufacturing, service, trading, mark and consultancy
enterprises by diploma engineer. Our fast-growing economy provides
ample scope for diploma engineers to succeed as an entrepreneur.
Entrepreneurship requires distinct skills sets which are attempted to be
developed through this course. To begin with, this course aims to
develop the competency and the related outcomes in order to start small
enterprise.
Actual Method Followed-
The process for this micro project is to make a power point presentation
showing on Electric Vehicle We collect information and organize by
following points:
1. Collect the information on electric vehicle.
2. Show the information to faculty.
3. First make a raw report and then correct it.
4. After all the corrections make a proposal.
5. Then prepare a report on on Electric Vehicle Station.
6. Make pdf of report and print it.

Working Principle-
Electric Vehicle Working Principle
The working principle of electric vehicles (EVs) is based on the
conversion of electrical energy stored in batteries or generated through
other means into mechanical energy to propel the vehicle.
Here is a detailed overview of the working principles of electric
vehicles:
Energy Storage: Electric vehicles use batteries
(https://intellipaat.com/blog/electric-vehicle-battery/) to store electrical
energy. These batteries are typically made of lithium-ion cells, which are
known for their high energy density and long cycle life.

Electric Motor: Instead of an internal combustion engine, EVs use

electric motors for propulsion. When electricity flows through the motor,
it creates a magnetic field, which causes the motor to spin. This spinning
motion is then transferred to the wheels, propelling the vehicle forward.
Power Electronics: This component converts the direct current (DC)
from the battery to alternating current (AC) for the motor. It also
controls the speed and torque of the motor, allowing for smooth
acceleration and deceleration.
Regenerative Braking: It is one of the highlights of many EVs. When the
vehicle slows down, the electric motor functions as a generator,
converting some of the kinetic energy into electrical energy, which is
then stored in the battery. This process helps to increase the vehicle’s
range.
Charging: Plugging an electric power source into an EV allows you to
recharge the battery. Charging might take anywhere from a few minutes
to several hours, depending on the charger type. Later, we will discuss
the various charging levels for an electric car.

Conclusion-
To sum up, electric vehicles are more than just cars without tailpipes;
they represent a new era of eco-conscious travel.
By comprehending what an electric vehicle truly is and delving into its
essential components, we have discovered the detailed workings that
power these machines. To deepen this understanding and stay at the
forefront of the EV revolution, electric vehicle course online
(https://intellipaat.com/electric-vehicle-design-course/) offer valuable
insights into their design, technology, and environmental impact. So
