• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process during
initial process set-up and monitoring during mass production.
• Daily monitoring of In-house rejection, Initial Flow Control rejection, present in DWM meeting, In-
depth Analysis, define path & time frame for close looping & to avoid repetition of concern to
strengthen the processes.
• Involving as a CFT for making PFMEA during initial production, and Final PFMEA as per plan.
• Active member of maintaining the PPAP document for pre-approval of Mass production.
