FACTS OF THE CASE:
That on or about 10:00 in the evening in a dark road at Brgy. Emilio Aguinaldo,
Dasmarinas, Cavite. Glen Villacorta was knowledgeable of the exact time of Mike
Bautista’s arrival from his Call center duty so he waited for Mike to pass by to kill
him in that dark road. Glen Villacorta with treachery, evident premeditation and
intent to kill, vigorously waited for Mike, at the time of Mike’s arrival, Glen willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously smash a steel pipe in Glen’s head resulting to his
instantaneous death. Glen, then drag and dispose Mike’s body in a vacant lot and
then threw Mike’s cellphone, wristwatch and wallet to make it look like Mike’s been
robbed and killed by some unknown person. Unluckily a Chinese man named Wang
Bu saw Glen by the street near the vacant lot where Wang Bu lives nearby.
DISPOSITION OF THE CASE: For Inquest proceedings.

1. Reference: Police Blotter Entry No. 01-18, dated March 3, 2016.
2. Please be informed that at about 11:00 in the evening of March 3,
2016, this station received a call from the witness identified as
Wang Bu 24 years old, lives near at a vacant lot and a resident of
Brgy. Emilio Aguinaldo, Dasmarinas City, Cavite requested for
immediate response and further investigation.
3. That at about 10:30 in the evening of March 3, 2016 the witness
house owner Wang Bu 24 years old saw an unidentified person
leaving a vacant lot near his house, he didn’t saw the face of the
person because he suddenly disappeared in a dark road. Because of
curiosity Wang Bu inspected the vacant lot where the unidentified
person went to, there he was shock when he saw a dead body in
the vacant lot. Immediately thereafter, the witness reported the
incident to the proper authority.
4. Victim one was identified as MIKE BAUTISTA, 25 years old, Single,
Call center Agent and a resident of Brgy. Emilio Aguinaldo,
Dasmarinas, Cavite found dead robbed by the unidentified suspect.
Follow-up operation will be conducted for further investigation.

2. This pertains to the alleged Robbery resulting to Homicide Incident
that transpired about 10:00 in the evening of March 3, 2016 at Brgy.
Emilio Aguinaldo, Dasmarinas City, Cavite where in the interview
conducted with the witness Wang Bu 24 years, a resident of Brgy.
Emilio Aguinaldo, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, identified the possible
perpetrator and confirms that the crime transpired was a
premeditated murder incident.
3. Interview conducted to the witness Wang Bu 24 years, a resident of
Brgy. Emilio Aguinaldo, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, identified Glen
Villacorta @ Pogi 32 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Brgy.
St. Peter, Dasmarinas City, Cavite standing-by in a dark alley near
the crime scene and described him suspiciously waiting before the
crime had transpired.
4. On about 1:00 in the afternoon on March 6, 2016 the after the
interview with the witness Wang Bu, PNP responding team of this
office conducted a man-hunt operation for the arrest of the suspect
Glen Villacorta.

2. That on March 8, 2016 at 7:00 of the evening, an anonymous tip
was received by this office and disclosed that the Glen Villacorta @
Pogi is hiding at blk1 lot2 Brgy. San Miguel Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
3. That three (3) personnel of this office led by SUPT. KIMBERLY
REPASO, Chief Operation conducted a man-hunt operation. That
upon arrival of the said hide-out of the suspect, personnel of this
office positively identified him, right then and there by the skill of
the personnel of this office, the suspect arrested without any
causalities and injuries. That upon the arrest of the said suspect,
the three (3) personnel of this office led by SUPT. KIMBERLY REPASO
brought the arrested suspect at EAC Police Station. That about 2:00
in the morning of March 9, 2016 the two (2) arresting officer SPO4
KIMBERY UY and SPO4 ESTA JAIME escorted the arrested suspect at
Emilio Aguinaldo Medical Center for medical examination.
4. That on March 10, 2016 and Inquest Proceeding was conducted by
the Dasmarinas City Prosecutors Office under NPS Docket No. IV-00-
INQ-01-00001 against the respondent Glen Villacorta @ Pogi 32
years old, single, jobless and a resident of Brgy. St. Peter,
Dasmarinas City, Cavite with intent to kill, treachery and evident
premeditation smash the victim with a steel pipe in the head killing
the victim resulted to frustrated murder.
5. Based on the foregoing facts and cirscumstances, the apprehended
suspect was admitted his commission.
6. File in court and the suspect presently detained at Laguna Provincial
Jail.

BAUTISTA, 25 years old, single, Call center Agent and a resident of Brgy. Emilio
Aguinaldo Dasmarinas City, Cavite was smash in the head with a steel pipe by
GLEN VILLACORTA, 32 years old, jobless and a resident of Brgy. St. Peter,
Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As a consequence thereof, the victim after smashed
been smashed by a steel pipe in the head caused he’s instantaneous death. The
suspect was arrested after the incident was reported by Wang Bu and followed by
a man-hunt operation of the authority that resulted to the apprehension of the
suspect, and he is now under the custody of this office for investigation and
proper disposition.
