Examples: Reading a book because you enjoy
learning, playing a musical instrument for personal
fulfillment, or solving a puzzle because you find it

2. Extrinsic Motivation:
Definition:

rewards. It is driven by the desire to earn a reward
or avoid a punishment.
Examples: Studying to get a good grade, working
for a paycheck, or competing in sports to win a
trophy.
