the prospect of further exploring how my skills match the requirements to your institution in more
detail.
Looking forward to the possibility of discussing how my qualifications align with the needs of
your institution in greater detail.
Achievements/Contributions
1. One of my most significant accomplishments was being recognized as an exceptional
mathematics teacher for two consecutive years while working at the Department of
Education. Additionally, during my time as a law enforcement officer with the PNP, I
received a commendation for being the top trainee in our Field Training Program. These
accolades bring me a great sense of satisfaction as they demonstrate my commitment
and hard work in my profession. However, today, I view these achievements as minor in
comparison to my current pursuit of continuing my legacy in education, which I consider
a divine calling from God. This realization fills me with gratitude for the gift of life that
God has bestowed upon me. My contribution for the DOST would be my unique work
experience as an educator and a law enforcer officer of the PNP.
Satisfaction
2. With the blessings and grace of God, I was fortunate enough to realize my childhood
dream of becoming a law enforcement officer for the PNP. This role brings me a great
sense of pride and honor as I strive to serve and protect our country while upholding the
values of justice, integrity, and service. However, due to my diagnosis with atopic
dermatitis, a chronic skin condition with severe symptoms, I have faced challenges in
performing my duties effectively. As our work goes beyond the confines of our offices,
this has led my family and me to make the difficult decision to leave the PNP in order to
prioritize my health. As my mentor once said, "Grow where you are planted," and for me
it made me realized that, teaching is not only my passion but also my calling. This is why
I am currently pursuing my legacy in the field of education.

eager to embrace new challenges and contribute expertise to a dynamic role. My educational
background, completing my master's degree, enhances my effectiveness as an educator.
Teaching has been a deliberate career choice for me, driven by a genuine passion for academia
and a commitment to continual professional development. I view teaching as both a vocation
and an ongoing journey of learning. I held significant roles, such as Team Leader, Reviewer,
Content Editor, and Writer, in the Contextualized Activity Learning Sheet project under the
Department of Education. This project, utilized by DEPED MIMAROPA during the pandemic,
underscores my leadership and project management capabilities.
Over three consecutive years at the Department of Education Palawan National School, I was
honored as an outstanding teacher. This recognition serves as concrete evidence of my deep-
seated enthusiasm for teaching and my ability to make a positive impact on students.
I have successfully published a research study titled "Jugyou Kenkyuu: Differentiating
Mathematics Instruction” in Multicultural Educational international publication with DOI:
10.5281/zenodo.6875992. This publication highlights my strong dedication and commitment to
advancing knowledge in the research domain.

Police Basic Course Field Training Program CL 2021-01 at the national headquarters. These
achievements reflect my enduring work ethic and instill in me a sense of pride and honor.
Why do you want to join PCG?
"I am excited to share with you the reason why I am eager to join the Philippine Coast Guard
(PCG) and its Auxiliary. It's a personal story that has a profound impact on my life and motivates
me to continue serving as a public servant.
In 2018, my niece was diagnosed with kidney failure, and she underwent a series of dialysis
treatments. The Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) and COMMO Abadilla, the former
Director of the Philippine Red Cross and PCGA, played a crucial role in her treatment. They
allowed us to purchase the necessary blood bags without the need for a blood donor, giving us
hope for her recovery. Seeing my niece graduate from primary education with highest honors is
a testament to the impact of their selfless service.
As I look at my niece, I am reminded of the importance of the PCG and PCGA's work. I believe
that God redirected me to continue serving with this organization, not just to give back to those
who have helped me, but also to uphold the core values and mandates of the PCG. I am drawn
to the organization's commitment to serving the public and making a difference in people's lives.
In addition to this personal connection, I am also motivated by the opportunity to continue
serving as a public servant with the PCG. I am impressed by the organization's dedication to its
mission and values, and I am excited about the prospect of being part of a team that makes a
positive impact on our community."
