About the Role:​


At HEXAARCH, we are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in
the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have 3+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web
applications. You will work on both the front-end and back-end of our web platforms, collaborate
with cross-functional teams, and help deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Full-Stack Development: Develop, deploy, and maintain web applications using the
MERN stack to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
●​ Front-End Development: Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
and Next.js, ensuring excellent user experiences across devices.
●​ Back-End Development: Create and maintain server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and
database integrations using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
●​ Database Management: Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data modeling,
optimization, and management.
●​ Version Control & Collaboration: Use Git for source control and effective team
collaboration.
●​ TypeScript: Write type-safe and maintainable code using TypeScript.
●​ UI/UX Design Collaboration: Implement UI/UX designs from Figma and other tools to
match the visual and functional goals of the platform.
●​ Cloud & Deployment: Basic understanding of Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes for
containerization and deployment.
●​ Testing & Quality: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
●​ Agile Practices: Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups,
and code reviews.
●​ Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to
enhance development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●​ 3+ years of experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.


●​ Strong experience in React.js and Next.js for creating dynamic front-end experiences.
●​ Proficiency in MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data modeling and optimization.
●​ Solid knowledge of TypeScript for type-safe application development.
●​ Experience with Git for version control and team collaboration.
●​ Familiarity with Figma and ability to translate UI designs into functional components.
●​ Back-end development experience including API design, security, and performance
optimization.
Optional Skills (Nice to Have):

●​ Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.


●​ Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitOps, etc., for automation of deployment
processes.
