Instructions to Candidates attending AEEE 2025
(Candidates are required to carefully read / understand and must strictly follow instructions.)
Important: You are required to appear for the examination on the date, time and center as printed on the Admit Card at your own expense. You are not allowed to appear for the
examination in any other centre, date and time other than the one mentioned in the Admit Card. You are also advised to acquaint yourselves with the location of the exam centre
one day prior to the examination.
At the centre, before the examination:
1. You must be present at the examination centre allocated to you 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination. You will not be allowed to enter the
examination centre after the commencement of the examination.
2. Carry a print copy of the Ensure that prohibited materials are kept outside the computer lab. You are not permitted to carry any material inside the lab. Your candidature will
be cancelled if you are found possessing any material other than the permitted items.
3. After capturing your thumb impression and photo, you will be allotted a computer after the registration at the examination centre. You must occupy ONLY the seat /
computer allotted to you.
4. Ensure that prohibited materials are kept outside the computer lab. You are not permitted to carry any material inside the lab. Your candidature will be cancelled if you are
found possessing any material other than the permitted items.
5. Neither the University nor the exam centre will be responsible for anything, stolen or misplaced personal belongings.
6. Following items alone are permitted inside the computer lab:
1. List of permitted items
2. Admit card
3. Any government-issued photo identity proof
4. Stationery items: Transparent pouch, blue/royal blue ink/ballpoint/gel pen, scale, eraser.
5. Analogue watch, transparent water bottle.
During the examination:
1. Follow the instructions given by the invigilator. Admit card shall be produced on demand, by the invigilator. The invigilator cannot and will not answer any questions related
to the questions in the examination.
2. You must sign on the Admit Card and get the signature of the Invigilator mandatorily.
3. There are no scheduled breaks during the examination.
4. You are required to carry your own pens, pencils, eraser etc. Paper for rough work will be provided at the examination centre.
5. Candidates shall maintain perfect silence in the examination hall and attend their exam only. Candidates are not allowed to get involved in any
conversation/gesture/disturbance in the computer lab/malpractice/attempt to commit malpractice. These rules shall be deemed as “unfair means”. Any wrong
incident/activity reported by the Invigilator, or the University Representative deputed at centre will be accepted as final. If a candidate is found doing unfair means or
impersonating, his/her candidature shall be cancelled, according to the nature of the offence. The decision of the University representatives/Invigilators is final and binding
on the candidate.
6. You are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the scheduled end of the examination.
After the examination:
1. You are required to preserve this signed Admit Card till the end of the Centralized Seat Allotment Process & must be submitted in original along with the other documents /
certificates to complete the admission formalities.
2. JURISDICTION: Courts situated in Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu only.
