Dear Sir,
My full name is Luong Yen Nhi, and I have registered for the English course at the A Level
Speaking Center. Today, I am writing to express my feelings regarding my inability to attend
the course.
I was looking forward to improving my English skills and had high hopes for this course.
However, I truly apologize for not being able to continue. I feel sad and disappointed because
I wanted to enhance my speaking abilities but cannot arrange the time to attend.
Due to my current work, my schedule has become very busy, making it hard for me to find
time for the course. I hope to enroll in another course in the future when my schedule is more
flexible.
Thank you for your understanding. I appreciate your support and wish the center continued
success.
Best regards,

a foreign language?
One memorable experience I had was while attending an English class where I practiced
speaking with classmates. We shared stories and helped each other improve. Since then, I’ve
continued to learn English.
B: I am very forgetful. Can you give me some tips on how to remember new words?
To remember new words, try using flashcards with the word on one side and its meaning on
the other. Additionally, create sentences with the new words and practice them daily in
conversation.
C: Some people learn English through videos and reading books. However, there are also
many private classes and teachers. What do you think is the most effective way to learn?
I think the best way to learn English is through videos and reading books. Videos help with

Dear Sir,
My name is Luong Yen Nhi, and I have participated in the language club for 8 months. I am
writing this email to express my feelings and give my suggestions concerning the notification
that I have received from the club.
According to the announcement, we plan to host a lecture and is looking for a guest speaker
and a theme of learning language. I felt over the moon to hear that.
If I have a chance, I would love to be a guest speaker. I propose the topic "The Power of
Language," as it highlights how language fosters understanding and connection among
people. This theme can help our members value language learning and how it affects
communication between different cultures. I think talking about this topic will interest
everyone and lead to important discussions.
Thank you for considering my suggestions. I look forward to your feedback and the
opportunity to discuss this plan further.
Best regards,
Luong Yen Nhi
