Job Description
• Plan and implement strategies for quality management and testing.
• Execute all levels of testing — System, Integration, and Regression.
• Write clear, effective test cases based on software requirements.
• Support the software release process by ensuring product quality.
• Research and analyze product features and investigate user-reported issues.
• Work closely with the support team to validate and troubleshoot reported problems.
• Document feature usage and behavior as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 6 months or more experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially for tracking down tricky bugs and issues.
• Solid communication skills in English — both written and spoken — and good customer-
handling ability.
• Must be willing to work on-site (from office located in Commercial Area, DHA EME,
Lahore).
