You and God

 Book report on Steps to Christ and Desire of Ages. Due April 30th, don’t have to do if
already an invested Master Guide
 Summarize, critique and evaluate (500 words or 10 minutes recording) the Week of
Prayer 2025. Due April 30th

You and You

 Identify three current roles in your life, at least one of which is spiritually oriented, and
submit three goals or objectives for each.
 Book report on Education and Messages to Young People. Due May 30th, don’t have
to do this if you are already an invested Master Guide.
 Develop and conduct three creative worship sessions for your AY. Due July 31st
 Teach the following honours in your AY Stewardship and Nutrition. Due July 31st

You and Youth

 Dialogue in Small Groups (for 30 minutes on each topic) and submit a Reaction Paper
(1000 words) or Recording (20 minutes) on 10 of the following topics. Due June 30th
(This could have been done at carnival camp)

You and the Church

 Book report on The AY Story. Due May 30th, don’t have to do this if you are
already an invested Master Guide.
 Participate fully in the Youth Initiatives of Global Church or the Higher
Organization (Global Youth Day, Youth Week of Prayer, Youth Commitment Day,
Home Coming Sabbath, etc.) Due May 30th
 Plan and direct/co-direct a weekend church or campus Senior Youth retreat or a
Spiritual Emphasis week for youth. Due June 30th, persons who have plan and
directed carnival camp have fulfilled this requirement.
 Plan and direct at least two Senior Youth recreational activities covering a total time
span for at least six hours. Due June 30th, persons who have plan and directed
carnival camp have fulfilled this requirement.
You and the Community

 Develop a plan on how to be relevant for your community. Due June 30th
 Prepare and run GYD. Be sure to make follow up after Global Youth Day. Due June
30th
 Be trained and organize or present sermons for an evangelistic campaign (public
evangelism, minimum 2weeks) Due July 30th, this can be also done on Sunday
night services where person’s can present their evangelistic sermons.

DOCUMENTATION

Compile a portfolio (physical or digital) documenting all of your work related to completing
the Senior Youth Leader curriculum. Due August 30th
