That on 05.04.2025 at about 2.35 P.M Omerabad to Pernambut Main
road, Machampattu Bridge and the car bearing Reg.No. AP- 39- CS-2466
belonging to the 1st respondent and same vehicle was driven by the 2 nd
respondent in a very rash and negligent manner towards Pernambut and
suddenly overturn the car crashed and the petitioner are innocent auto
driver hit and crash the passenger auto traveling due to the impact the
petitioner has got injuries both left leg and right leg, and head heavy
injuries and face and all over person. And after that the accident happened
immediately the petitioner was taken to Ambur Government Hospital, and
taken first aid treatment there from he was referred and taken to
Government Dharmapuri Medical College Hospital, department of ICU and
admitted as in patient and taken treatment for some months. The petitioner
has sustained the following injured: BOTH LEFT LEG AND RIGHT LEG
KNEE HEAVEY INJURI AND BROKEN AND TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT
CRACK, and LEFT SIDE FACE DAMAGED. The petitioner becomes
permanently disabled and not able to do any kind of work and can’t move,
walk anywhere and the petitioner future is completely spoiled. The
petitioner is not able to continue his work because of work based on his eye
vision. The petitioner is spending high amount towards and transport and
medical expenses. Even now also the petitioner is taking treatment

continued. The petitioner has lost his earnings and earning capacity by the
above accident.
The police registered a case U/S 281,125(a) of BNS by the Omerabad
police station in Cr.No.121/2025 U/S 281,125(a), BNS against the 2nd
respondent driver of the vehicle due to the rash and negligent driving and
the 1st respondent is owner of the vehicle bearing No. AP- 39- CS-2466, and
the 3rd respondent is insurer of the said vehicle at the time of the accident
are liable to pay compensation to the petitioner for the above said injuries
sustained by above said accident. The petitioner under take to file his bank
pass book and PAN card in this Hon’ble court at the time of trial. The
petitioner estimates his claims for a sum of Rs 20,00,000/- towards
compensation for the injuries sustained by the above said accident.
Therefore the petitioner prayed that this Hon’ble court may be
pleased to pass an award for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- as compensation
infavour of the petitioner against the respondents and directing them to
pay the above said award amount to the petitioner together with interest at
the rate of 12% from the above said accident and cost and pass such other
orders as may deem fit in the above case.
