Steps
1. Login to your student Material Site.
2. Select folder of Module folder.
3. Hover over the word document and select the
3 dots that appear.
If a word document gives you an error when opening, please
try the following:

- Open the document online via Browser.

- If you are opening from the desktop app, verify that word is signed in with your ADvTECH account
only.

- If the error persists, please visit onsite IT.

- Kindly also ensure that you open Microsoft documents with the correct Microsoft version

What to do if you receive the above error:
1. Close the file and any other open Microsoft related application e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

2. Open Microsoft Word and ensure that you are logged in with your ADvTECH issued account.
• Click File in the Top Left corner.

• Kindly note ADvTECH uses security labels to ensure data is
secured and only access by the required parties.
• An example of such an instance is the below screenshot.
• To resolve this please escalate this to AIT to have the sensitivity
label amended.

• 1. Go to Chrome
• 2. Click on the 3dots on the far right
• 3. Click Settings
• 4. Click Privacy and security
• 5. Select the time range.
• 6.Clear the data
