UPSC Civil Services Exam (CSE) Preparation Strategy

1. Understand the Exam Structure

- Prelims: Objective (MCQ) - GS Paper I & CSAT (Paper II)

- Mains: 9 Papers - Essay, 4 GS Papers, 2 Optional Papers, 2 Language Papers

- Interview: Personality Test

2. Create a Realistic Timeline

- ~1 year for 2025 CSE: Target Prelims (May 25, 2025), then Mains (Aug 22, 2025)

3. Daily Schedule (Recommended)

- 6-8 hours/day of focused study
