Dear Johnny and Hansel Publications,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am Micah Fabia, along with my co-researchers, Hannah Irish Jane Balis,
Glen Nazrel Valdezco, Adrian Miguel Loudlow and Francis Anthony Cabas, an undergraduate student from the
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Rizal Technological University – Boni Campus. We are currently conducting
a research study entitled “The Role of Strategic Methods of Managing Receivables and Their Impact on Cash
Flow of Children's Book Publishing” which aims to assess the different role and effectiveness of strategic methods
that you used in managing accounts receivable.

As part of our data collection process, we invite 3-5 participants as part of our respondents. Your insights and
experiences are valuable in helping us analyze the role of strategic methods of managing receivables and their
impact on its cash flow. We assure you that all information provided will be treated with strict confidentiality and
used solely for academic purposes.
