TD017 –Data Manager (H4)
Data Management Sr. Analyst
Responsible for providing effective management, development, and tracking of Authorized Data Source metadata, including but
not limited to data definitions, data lineage, reporting requirements, etc. Ensures on-going stakeholder engagement and change
governance in place to prevent impact due to changes introduced through Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Provides
assurance that controls are effective across all phases of data management (capture, transport, use, and external data
movement).

Content and Document Management
Leads efforts to establish and maintain the inventory of assets for each Global Technology & Operations data domains, including:
maintaining appropriate asset level data flows (i.e. lineage) in metadata repositories, ensuring business processes and required
Authorized Data Sources (ADS) documented, and ensuring ADS data transformations are documented and maintained in
enterprise and local repositories. Works across vertical organizations to engage in projects to identify data level transformations,
consult in test plans, validate test results, and provide appropriate change tollgate approvals.
Business / Data Domain Skills:
Drive data analytics and business intelligence initiatives
Develop and influence business processes necessary to support business needs
Manage and influence across vertical organizations to achieve common objectives
Manage projects
Engage in Agile and Waterfall SDLC projects
Communication Skills:
Create both visually and verbally engaging informative materials for collaborating departmental leadership, business
partners, executives and stakeholders
Liaise and partner with external parties and vendors to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of support
regarding tech-related maintenance, issues and solutions
Provide leadership and technical guidance to team members and collaborators
Technical Skills:
Perform complex data management services which may require extensive analysis and research
Develop and maintain cohesive data structures that will adequately support different functional areas and processes of
the business
Identify, evaluate and implement usage of industry leading trends and new and emerging data management
technologies
Data analytics/technology tooling to include information systems design and information visualization tools
Niche/Specialist Skills (nice to have):
Expertise in standard DM technologies like SQL-based relational databases, and NOSQL platforms, e.g. Cassandra,
MongoDB, etc
Proficient in data warehousing techniques (demonstrated strong logical, dimensional and physical data modeling skills),
skills with ERP (enterprise resource planning), ETL (extract, transform, load) and CRM (customer relationship
management) solutions and processes
Hands-on experience with a scripting languages (e.g. Python), and graph analytics (e.g. Neo4j)
