3. The incumbent will not only ideate and build programs but be responsible for
the entire process of conceptualization, planning, implementation and
monitoring of the programs;
Based on the above, self has hands on experience in JRPGL> KMPCL, Hydro projects
and developed the programs starting form conceptualization, planning,
implementation and monitoring of the programs with proper checks and balances
and for mid course corrections.
4. Foster partnerships with government, nonprofit and business organizations,
interfacing with external stakeholders to develop ideas and negotiate
actionable collaborations;
Demonstrable experience and skills for developing strong networking skills to
convert the opportunities and to prepare the actionable collaborations

stake holders which includes – Government, NGO’s / INGO’s, business organizations

6. Coordinate the overall administration, processes and budget of the foundation
More than 25 years experience in managing the large budets of more than US $ 50
million;
Well versed with all the accounting systems such as General ledger, CITRIX, and
financial management systems of bilateral and multilateral aid agencies, Corporate
bodies such as Bill and Melinda Gates foundation and other International NGO’s.
7. Develop and manage a team of dedicated professionals.
At present managing a team of 60 persons across 9 locations in 6 states covering 90
affected villages with a coverage of 8513 project affected families.
Main focus is on job retention, job enrichment, job rotation and job effectiveness;
Desired Profile
The incumbent should ideally belong to the development sector, with a career that has
started with strong experience at the grassroots level, and then going up to
conceptualization, planning, implementation and monitoring of large programs.
Desired Skills and experience:
•Seasoned professional 15-20 years of experience with a significant exposure to senior
management roles –
- More than 27 years of experience and significant national and international
exposure to senior management roles at INGO and Corporate bodies.
•Candidates with the experience of leading large teams and delivering on large budgets will
qualify strongly
- Managing large team and at present managing a team of 60 people across 9
locations in 6 states;
•Familiar with Indian environment and CSR practices and legislations where appropriate;
- Knowledge orientation towards CSR practices and legislations; R&R policies,
Corporate policies of Ministry of Corporate affairs;
•Demonstrated success in developing, executing and sustaining corporate CSR
programmes
- Hands on experience in Orissa, Chattisgarh and North East on Thermal, mining,
hydro and solar to certain extent;
•A pioneer with strong ability to work in difficult situations, negotiation and conflict
resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience in JRPGL, Orissa, KMPCL, Chattisgarh, Successful public
hearing at KSK Minerals, Raigarh and Hydro projects;
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities of
building and developing a high performance team;
- Good team player and encourage and motivate team members for integration and to
achieve the goals to give credit for their recognition;
