Overview
CyberGuard is a one-day hackathon designed to bring together tech enthusiasts, students, and law
enforcement agencies to enhance awareness and skills in combating cyber threats. Organized by
Rabindranath Tagore University in collaboration with Madhya Pradesh Police, District - Raisen, this
event aims to foster collaboration between tech innovators and security professionals while
addressing real-world challenges in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.
Objectives
1. Promote Cybersecurity Awareness: Raise awareness of critical cybersecurity issues among the
students.
2. Foster Collaboration: Bring together diverse participants, including tech experts, police
officers, and students, to tackle cybersecurity challenges.
3. Develop Innovative Solutions: Encourage participants to think critically and develop effective
tools and strategies to protect individuals and organizations from cyber threats.
4. Hands-on Learning: Provide a practical platform for participants to enhance their skills in real-
world scenarios and learn from industry experts.
Problem Areas
Students can choose any of the following for the hackathon –
1. Cybercrime Investigation Tools
2. Protecting Personal Data in the Digital Age
3. Securing Financial Transactions in a Digital Economy
4. Threat Intelligence and Incident Response
5. Cybersecurity for Children and Education
6. Cybersecurity in Healthcare Systems
7. OPEN CATEGORY: Apart from the given themes, students can choose any other theme related
to cybersecurity
