RFP Development of Four Laning of Jagtial Karimnagar Section of NH-563 from


Design Ch.0.000 km (Existing chainage 90/500 on NH-63) to Design Ch. 58.866 km
(near SH-1 Ch. 170.400 km) at Karimnagar Bypass End (Design Length 58.866 km)
under NH (O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Telangana. The Government
of India had entrusted to the Authority the Development of Four Laning of Jagtial
Karimnagar Section of NH-563 from Design Ch.0.000 km (Existing chainage 90/500
on NH-63) to Design Ch. 58.866 km (near SH-1 Ch. 170.400 km) at Karimnagar Bypass
End (Design Length 58.866 km) under NH (O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of
Telangana. The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from km 0.000
to km 58.866 on the National Highway No. 63 (Length 58.866 km) under NH (O) in
the State of Telangana by Four-Laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build,
operate and transfer (“Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has decided to carry out the
bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project
may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal
of NHAI http://etenders.gov.in from 29.11.2024 to 14.01.2025 (up to 1100 Hrs. IST).
Bid must be submitted online only at http://etenders.gov.in during the validity of
registration with the NHAI e-Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatic
Centre (NIC), i.e. http://etenders.gov.in on or before 14.01.2025 (upto 1100 hours
IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be opened on
15.01.2025 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid
Security, Power of Attorney for signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of
Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact,
and experience certificates apostille at foreign origin, if any, and other documents
required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the
Lowest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority. However,
while submitting Bid Security via Account Payee demand draft or Banker’s cheque
or Fixed Deposit Receipt, it is to be ensured by the Bidder that Account Payee
demand draft or Banker’s cheque or Fixed Deposit Receipt are submitted physically
latest within 5-working days of the Bid Due Date (upto 11:00 hours). Please note
that the Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
