The suspect killed someone.

2.6 Insulting a State Employee (ex. f**k you Police etc.) [+10min]
The suspect is insulting a member of the PD/Army faction or a State Assist member.
2.7 Extortion [+10min]
The suspect is trying to get money from a police officer or a civilian by force.
ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS
3.1 Resisting arrest (if you know you're wanted and continue running to esc it) [+5min]
The suspect is trying to avoid being arrested and runs away or makes the arrest proces more
difficult.
3.2 Disobeying a police officer (if a Police Officer tell you to stop driving or running and you don't

3.3 Aiding the resisting of an arrest (if your friend or clan mate is arrested, y and/or an officer try to

Police Departments
SWAT Team
You can join it from rank 4. Once you get accepted and have full XP you can ask for rank up to rank
5 and become a vested officer. They're in charge of specialised strategical operations (kidnappings/
hostage situations, raids, riots control, roadblocks, checkpoints, any operation with the army etc.)
and use specialised equipments (from rank 4 you can get an M4 and a gun from the Arsenal Room).

You can join from rank 5, if you're accepted you can ask for rank up to get to rank 6. Your duty is to
also assist civilians during interview and give an orientation to new rookies when they get their
uniform, as well as helping them around with questions etc.

You can apply from rank 7. The team is in charge of training rookies during their 5-days probation
period when they join PD and they're the ones in charge of evaluating them so they can get a

9+ is automatically part of the team.

Internal Rules
Don't stay in FIO, Fl1 and FI2 for more than 15 minutes.
Don't hold taser/gun in police station.
Don't shoot at HP or Church with rifle/gun. If a criminal shoots you, just go back to the Green Zone,
record and send to admin.
Speak English in the Police Station.
Always respect Higher Ranks and call them Sir/Ma'am. Obey their orders. If they tell you to do
something or go somewhere do it.
Always respect admins, their decisions are non-negotiable.
Respect members of other factions.
Don't tase, shoot or cuff your fellow officers.
Don't Ask the FG or DFGs for rank up.
Don't ask for rank up or dismissal on radio. There are dedicated channels on discord
Use the radio professionally.
Always Close Jail doors.
Don't park vehicles in the middle of PD Garage.
Always ask for permission to visit the military base.
Always turn on your bodycam when you go outside the Police Station (doing wanted missions, going
in patrol and arresting criminals).
If you have any problem with DFGs or any other officer, report to the FG.
If you want to file a complaint on an officer, do it on Discord Don't go to Ganghouse alone for
wanted missions. Always call for backup You cannot arrest civilians until you're Rank 2+.
To be able to arrest people you must complete your Evaluation Process.
You must have proper reasons to ask someone's passport.
You cannot arrest at events (Harbour Event, Material Theft Event etc.)
As a rookie you can't go to Fl1 and the only mission you're allowed to do is Patrol (NO
Wanted or Contraband)
Don't go AFK for more than 5 minutes. You'll face a 3-day ban.
Always respect the chain of commands. If you have any question refer to vested officers. If they
cannot answer your questions you can approach generals. Don't approach rank 11+.
Always stay updated on Discord on any information or update about activities or rules on
PD. Make yourself familiar with the Discord server.
As a rookie you can't go outside the city without being accompanied by a vested officer.
If you need to visit the Military Base request permission from a general.
Never go to Ganghouse without a proper reason, without requesting for backup and without
permission from a higher up.
Don't interact with gangs.
Don't drive recklessly and respect speed limits.
You can request for in-game vacation from rank 5+.
