G I/WE AGREE to comply with the rules of admission and enrollment to the University in selected country where I seek admission and to notice EDWIN OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES or their associates immediately if there is any change in the Information I have given in this Registration form. I also understand that:
The University may obtain official records of institution I have attended previously and need not re-enroll me if I do not complete my studies satisfactorily in each year and
cancel the decision it makes if the information I have given is incorrect or incomplete.
I have selected University for studies after reconfirming through my reliable sources and I am aware of the fact that the acceptance/i20 is subject to approval of particular
university/college and also visa is subject to approval of particular Government/Embassy.
EDWIN OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES is not responsible for documents submitted in respective university and the documents become the property of
the University, also I cannot ask the University or EDWIN OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES or their associates to help me If I run short of funds and the
responsibility of EDWIN OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES rests only till my admission is secured in the University.
No refund wholly or partly of College Fees/Hostel/Mess/Any Other Fees BY EDWIN OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES or their associates paid by the Student if the
Student leaves the University/institute/College/Academy due to any reason.
Student should provide all their Educational and Non-Educational documents as per checklist on time, so that we can complete the
Formalities of Application Process/Visa Process etc, on time otherwise there can be a delay in process.
Once the documents has been sent to Embassy for Visa processing the documents can be withdrawn from Embassy only after the completion of the Visa formalities, as the
documents submitted to the embassy is the property &responsibility of the respective Embassy and we have to abide by Embassy Rules and Regulations.(For UK)
I am aware of tuition cost, Living expenses and have sufficient resources to cover the full period of study and also there may be changes, modification or amendment in
Policies, Rules, Standards and Instructions for any program by Universities, Govt of that country or Indian Govt, and we will be bound by it and will abide by any
such changes.
The University have the right to conduct pre-admission exam, oral or written exam or telephonic interview, failure in which may lead to cancellation of admission of the
candidate.(Parents can't blame EDWIN OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES for the same.(For UK/USA/CANADA).
EDWIN OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES doesn’t keep any original documents everything should be scanned and sent through email to official email Id of EDWIN
OVERSEAS or if required student should send the documents through courier to the university and it also not responsible for delay or rejection of Visa which documents are issued
by respective ministry department and university of country which we have applied.
